If you are unable to reach reception, please leave a message for your physician and our reception team will get back to you. Voicemails are listened to multiple times throughout the day and the order of response is based on the urgency.

Online Booking

Online booking is available for most appointment types. Please note that some appointment types will still require a phone call or email to the clinic before booking. These may include visits that require additional time, clinical review, forms, procedures, or more complex concerns. What if I require medical care when my doctor is not in the office?

If you require prompt medical attention on a day when your family physician is not in the office, we encourage you to take advantage of our additional urgent care options:

After Hours Clinic: Available weekdays from 5:00pm – 8:00pm and on weekends for a 3-hour time block. More information can be found here.
Health Connect Ontario: If you require medical advice, please dial 811 for Health Connect Ontario available from 5pm - 9am on weekdays and 24 hours a day on weekends.
